As part of the hugely successful WA Gourmet Escape presented by Westpac, The World Gourmet Symposium and chef restaurateur Luke Mangan OAM invite TAFE and high school hospitality students and teachers to join them and some of the world’s top chefs and restaurant industry leaders, including the godfather of modern cooking Marco Pierre White, for an Inspired Series talk at Mandoon Estate, Swan Valley on Thursday, 14 November 2019.
Drawing on the incredible star line-up of talent participating in the Symposium, the speakers for the Inspired Series talk will include world renowned chefs Marco Pierre White and Josh Niland (Saint Peter, Fish Butchery), along with Australia’s leading front-of-house professional Kylie Javier Ashton, the award-winning General Manager of Momofuku Seiobo, Sydney.
This FREE-to-attend event is presented by The World Gourmet Symposium as a WA Gourmet Escape satellite session designed to provide hospitality students access to world renowned chefs and restaurateurs thanks to the support of Western Australia Gourmet Escape presented by Westpac.
